How we use AI to support fair, job-related hiring decisions — with people at the center.
At InterviewMyCandidate (IMC), we believe technology should make the hiring process more efficient, consistent, and informative while keeping people at the center of employment decisions.
Your interview may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, and analyzed with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI). AI-generated content is intended to help recruiters and hiring teams organize and review job-related information from your interview. It is a decision-support tool and is not intended to make the final hiring decision on its own.
Our platform is designed to support evaluation based on job-related qualifications, skills, experience, and responses. Employment decisions should not be based on race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Because AI-generated summaries and insights can contain errors or omissions, they should be reviewed by people as part of the hiring process and considered together with other relevant information, such as your resume, experience, qualifications, and interview responses.
If identity verification is used, its purpose is to help confirm candidate identity and protect the integrity of the recruiting process. Identity verification information is not intended to be used by IMC's AI to evaluate your qualifications or determine whether you should be hired. Your identity images are reviewed only by the staffing agency or recruiter that invited you; the hiring company (end client) does not receive your ID document or selfie image — only a confirmation that your identity was verified.
When you provide Right-to-Represent authorization, you are giving your recruiter permission to submit the authorized candidate information to the applicable hiring organization for consideration. That authorization does not change our commitment to fair, job-related evaluation.
Your experience, qualifications, and interview responses matter. IMC is designed to help ensure that the information you provide can be reviewed efficiently and consistently while supporting responsible human decision-making throughout the hiring process.
